Morning Routine
The first, most important question that came to mind after I was able to reason sanely again was: How do I start over? Since I didn't know how, I started researching online. During my research, I noticed that specific recommendations kept recurring from different people, such as establishing morning and evening routines, budgeting, and adopting a minimalist approach.
I started researching the individual recommendations to find out if it was something for me.
Indeed, I could see the benefits of the various recommendations. However, it's a personal matter, and everyone must adapt it to their own needs. There's no one-size-fits-all solution. Which is a good thing, too; we're all different and have all had different stories and different career paths.
Having a guideline to follow is very helpful in the beginning until you find your way again. At least it helped me a lot.
Then I decided to try out the recommendations one step at a time and incorporate them into my life. I started with a morning routine. The morning routine wasn't new to me, but it took me a while to find the right one for me. Morning routines should be structured so that you can always follow them. That means I always do my one-hour routine at 5:00 a.m. Why? Because no matter what happens, at that time of day, it`s peace and quiet, and I can fully concentrate and get the most out of it.

Here's a recommendation for creating a morning routine. As mentioned, everyone should adapt it to their own needs.
