Cancellation & Refunds

Digital Products & Programmes
Due to the nature of digital content, including courses, downloads, and energetic transmissions; once access has been granted, purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the content is made available immediately.
Live Events, Sessions & Subscriptions
Cancellations for live events or one-to-one sessions must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription services may be cancelled at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will apply.
Exceptional Circumstances

Some Trials may require you to provide payment details at the time of enrolment. By submitting this information, you consent to automatic billing for the applicable subscription on the first day following the end of the Trial period, on a recurring monthly basis or another interval disclosed to you in advance.

- The location of arbitration shall be determined collaboratively by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, and judgment may be entered in any court with appropriate jurisdiction.
Should any legal, equitable, or energetic proceeding arise from these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs and attorney’s fees.
This agreement to arbitrate encompasses all claims and disputes arising directly or indirectly from these Terms and Conditions, including tort claims and those rooted in energetic misalignment. The scope and enforceability of this provision shall be determined solely by the appointed arbitrator.
This arbitration clause shall remain in effect even after the termination of these Terms and Conditions, serving as a continued container for resolution, integrity, and mutual respect.
Class Action Waiver
All arbitration proceedings under these Terms and Conditions shall be conducted on an individual basis. Collective, representative, or class arbitrations are expressly excluded.

Unless mutually agreed otherwise, the appointed arbitrator shall not consolidate claims from multiple individuals, nor preside over any form of class, representative, or collective arbitration.
