I was called into this work the week I lost my mother, eighteen months after my father. In my parents’ home, a book on my brother’s desk seemed to call me.

Page after page, it revealed how to free ourselves from karmic cycles.

During the Hindu rites preparing my mother’s body, I witnessed something that woke me up: once the soul leaves, the body is insignificant.

My mother’s final teaching was unmistakable: don’t give undue attention to what is temporary. She lived love, compassion, discipline, fun, and forgiveness.

Even in death, she showed me what truly matters: the soul, the lessons, the patterns we carry, and what we choose to release, so that we and our lineage are free.

In those days, grief and that book converged for me. I knew I was meant to share what I learnt and have lived, so others could clear repeating patterns, restore peace, and pass freedom to past, present, and future generations.

Professionally, I’m a Life Coach and a mother, wife, daughter, and daughter‑in‑law, embracing all facets of life.

My path began at HSBC, then moved into Sociology with Honours and Psychology, leading to a coaching practice that I have run for 16 years.

In 2011, I earned Personal Performance, Parent and Youth Coaching accreditations from The Coaching Academy, the then largest Coach training provider in Europe.

My work operates at the subconscious level where real change occurs. We address ancestral and karmic patterns, release resistance, and remove energetic blocks with ease and efficiency. Clients report calmer relationships, deeper sleep, steadier moods, clearer boundaries, and renewed confidence. Sessions are conducted over the phone, online, or in person, with client anonymity protected.

If who I am and how I can help you resonates with you and if you think even in the slightest that we might be a fit for working together, then I urge you to get in touch with me by filling in the contact form on my website.

Or you can send me an email on [email protected] giving me a brief description of how you think I can help you.

Remember, your story doesn’t end with what happened to you. It begins with what you choose next.

I look forward to hearing from you.
