A Certified Clarity Catalyst Program
An 8-week live group journey into self-discovery, emotional clarity, and the kind of freedom that comes from finally knowing who you are and what you actually want.
Rooted in the Stanford University Master's Degree Course on Creativity & Self-ExpressionThe Foundation of This Work
The Clarity Catalyst is based on the Stanford University Master's Degree course "Creativity in Business" — developed in 1979 and recognized as one of the most life-transforming courses ever taught at Stanford. The methodology has since reached tens of thousands of students in seven countries and been translated into seven languages.
I am a certified Clarity Catalyst Trainer, trained directly under Jennifer Grace — the program's lead developer and one of its primary train-the-trainer coaches. I teach the course as it was designed: with fidelity to the original methodology and with my own lived experience woven in.

Before I tell you what this program is, let me ask you a few honest questions.
Do you feel like you're on the edge of something — but can't quite name what it is or how to get there?
Do you carry frustration, resentment, or old emotional weight that you've tried to set down — but somehow can't?
Do you know there's more for you — more purpose, more peace, more confidence — but keep getting in your own way?
Do you wonder if you'll ever stop feeling pulled in too many directions, running on too little, and waiting for life to feel like yours?
If you said yes to any of those — you are not broken, behind, or stuck forever. You're just missing something specific: clarity.
And clarity is exactly what this course delivers.
I want to be straight with you: I did not sign up for the Clarity Catalyst because I thought it was going to be transformational. I signed up because it was included as a bonus in another course I was taking. It was free. So — why not?
The first few weeks were, honestly, tedious. There was a recommended book, The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer, and I will admit I questioned more than once what I had gotten myself into. I was already juggling too much. This felt like one more thing on the pile.
And then — slowly, then all at once — I started to feel lighter.
I released something I had been carrying for over fifty years. Anger and resentment toward certain family members. A low, deep frustration that had been there so long I had stopped noticing it. I thought it was just part of me.
It wasn't. It was a weight. And this course helped me set it down.
What I know now is that I wish I had done this work years earlier — during the hardest seasons my family lived through. I would have shown up differently for my husband, my children, myself. With more patience, more steadiness, more room.
That's why I became certified to teach it. Not because it's a marketable credential. Because I have lived what it can do — and I want other people to experience it too.
On their timeline. In a safe space. With someone who isn't standing above them telling them what they should feel. But sitting alongside them, because she's been there.
This is not a course about thinking your way to a better mood. It is a structured, guided process that helps you go inward, identify what's blocking you, and come out the other side with more clarity, more confidence, and more peace than you came in with.
Not what you think you should want. What actually lights you up — and what's been quietly blocking you from going after it.
The stories you've told yourself since childhood. The expectations you never questioned. The fear dressed up as practicality.
Old resentments, unresolved relationships, emotional weight that has just lived inside you. This work helps you actually put it down.
Practical mindfulness practices, emotional intelligence techniques, and a daily routine that keeps you connected to yourself well after the course ends.
This is a live group journey. The community — people going through the same honest work at the same time — is part of what makes it stick.
Not a rigid five-year plan. A felt sense of who you are, what matters, and what your next real step is. That's worth more than a hundred checklists.
Each 90-minute live session builds on the last. This is not a self-paced video library — it is a live, interactive group experience. That matters. Showing up with other real people, in real time, doing the same honest work? That's a significant part of why it works.
Discover what genuinely gets you into flow. Begin a daily practice that opens the channel to your own intuition. Learn to move through life with more ease and less reactivity.
Do a real deep dive into what's lurking in your subconscious. Meet the internal voice that keeps you stuck — and start to change the story it tells.
Learn why being present is not a luxury — it is where peace actually lives. Develop practical tools to reduce anxiety, communicate more clearly, and stop the mental noise.
You already know more than you think you do. This week is about learning to trust it — with real tools that help you make decisions without the spiral of self-doubt.
Not in a vague, abstract way. In a practical, grounded way. Personality tools, purpose mapping, and a mission statement that actually means something to you.
This is not your standard time-management advice. This is a quantum approach to clearing what drains you so you actually have space for what matters.
The relationships in your life are a mirror. This week helps you understand what they're showing you — and how to release what's been holding you back from real connection.
Money is energy. And your relationship with it started long before you earned your first dollar. This week helps you identify and shift the beliefs that are quietly running the show.
How long is the course?
Eight weeks. Each live session is 90 minutes. We ask that you commit to attending at least six of the eight sessions live — this is not a course that works well on autopilot.
Is there homework?
There is recommended daily practice — about 15 minutes of journaling and meditation — plus a weekly 20-minute peer call with another group member. None of it is mandatory, but here's the honest truth: the between-session work is where the real magic happens. The 90 minutes together each week plants the seeds. What you do in the days in between is what makes them grow.
Is this group or one-on-one?
Primarily group — and intentionally so. The community is part of what makes this course work. That said, I do offer a VIP one-on-one option for those who prefer a private journey. Ask me about it on our call.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and available to you. Life happens. The recordings mean you won't fall behind — but we do ask that you do your best to show up live.
When does the next cohort start?
I typically run at least one cohort per month, with both daytime and evening options when possible — so there's usually something that can fit your schedule. Book a discovery call and I'll share the next available dates, details, and pricing. That conversation is free, no pressure, and genuinely useful either way.
What is the investment?
Pricing is shared on our discovery call. It varies depending on whether you join a group cohort or choose the VIP one-on-one option. I want to make sure we find what fits before we talk numbers.

I am a Certified Life and Health Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, Clarity Catalyst Trainer, and tennis coach with more than 34 years of experience helping people build confidence, resilience, and a genuine love for the game — whatever their game happens to be.
I took the Clarity Catalyst course myself before I ever thought about teaching it. I took it because it was free and I was curious. I stayed because somewhere around week four or five, something cracked open that I had been carrying for fifty-plus years — and I finally felt light enough to put it down.
That experience changed how I show up as a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a coach. It changed how I understand myself and other people. And it made me want to share it — not from a pedestal, but from experience.
My style is warm, direct, and honest. I do not believe in fake positivity or vague inspiration. I believe in real tools, real conversation, and real people showing up for themselves in a safe space.
I also believe in humor. Because sometimes that's what gets us through.
The discovery call is free, low-pressure, and genuinely useful — whether you decide to join or not. We'll talk about where you are, what's blocking you, and whether the Clarity Catalyst makes sense for you right now.
