As a Certified Personal Trainer with credentials from the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I have developed comprehensive skills in fitness coaching.

My education includes learning over 100 dietary theories such as Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, and macrobiotics.
