1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing this website (rewireformore.com), purchasing any programs, or using any services provided by Rewire For More ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Rewire For More offers the following services:

2.1 Digital Products

  • REWIRED: The Foundations™ - 4-week audio self-study program

  • Free lead magnets and downloadable resources

  • Recorded trainings and workshops

2.2 Group Coaching Programs

  • REWIRED FOR MORE™ - 8-week group coaching program

  • Community membership access

2.3 Private Coaching

  • 1:1 VIP Intensive coaching packages

  • Custom coaching arrangements

    All services are provided by Amy Morgan, a Certified Transformational Coach.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in our programs.

3.2 Capacity

By purchasing, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3.3 Suitability

Our programs are designed for personal development and are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

4. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Current prices at the time of purchase will apply.

4.2 Group Coaching Programs

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Debit cards

  • Payment plans (where offered)

4.3 Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on the scheduled dates

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to the program

  • You remain responsible for the full program cost regardless of participation

  • Refunds are calculated based on total amount paid, not total program value

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will be notified via email

  • You have 7 days to update payment information

  • Access to the program may be suspended until payment is received

  • A $25 failed payment fee may be charged

4.5 TaxesIf a payment fails

Prices do not include any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

5. PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS

5.1 REWIRE: The Foundations™ (Self-Study Program)

  • Access: Immediate upon purchase

  • Duration: Lifetime access to materials

  • Delivery: Digital download/streaming

  • Refund Window: None

5.2 REWIRE FOR MORE™ (8-Week Group Coaching)

  • Application Required: Enrollment is subject to approval

  • Cohort Dates: Specific start and end dates will be provided upon acceptance

  • Live Calls: Weekly group coaching calls

  • Recordings: Available if you miss a live call

  • Community Access: Private community for duration of program + 3 months bonus (if applicable)

  • Minimum Participation: You must attend at least 3 live calls to be eligible for refund

  • Refund Window: 14 days from program start (see Section 6)

5.3 1:1 VIP Intensive Coaching

  • Application Required: Subject to availability and fit

  • Cohort Dates: Specific start and end dates will be provided upon acceptance

  • Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled within agreed-upon timeframeRecordings: Available if you miss a live call

  • Cancellation: 48-hour notice required (see Section 7)

  • No Refunds: Once coaching begins, no refunds are provided

5.4 Community Membership

  • Access: As long as membership is active

  • Cancellation: 30 days notice required

  • Conduct: You agree to follow community guidelines (see Section 10)

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Self-Study Programs)

For REWIRED: The Foundations™ and other self-study programs:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase

  • To qualify, you must demonstrate you've engaged with the material

  • Email [email protected] with your refund request

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

6.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Group Programs)

For REWIRE FOR MORE™

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of the program start date

  • You must have attended at least 3 live group calls

  • You must demonstrate engagement with the program materials

  • Email [email protected] with your refund request and evidence of participation

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

    Why participation is required: We want to ensure you gave the program a genuine try. The work requires showing up, not just watching from the sidelines.

6.3 No Refunds After 14 Days

After 14 days from purchase (self-study) or program start date (group programs), no refunds will be issued.

6.4 Payment Plan Refunds

If you're on a payment plan and request a refund:

  • You'll be refunded the amount paid minus any accessed value

  • Future payments will be cancelled

  • You may not re-enroll in the same program at a discounted rate

6.5 No Refunds for 1:1 Coaching

Private coaching sessions are non-refundable once the coaching relationship begins.

6.6 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

7. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

7.1 Group Program Calls

  • Live calls cannot be rescheduled for individual participants

  • Recordings will be provided if you miss a call

  • No refunds for missed calls

7.2 1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellation Notice: 48 hours advance notice required

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit that session

  • No-Shows: No-shows will forfeit that session

  • Rescheduling: One reschedule per session with 48+ hours notice

  • Emergencies: True emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis

7.3 You Cancelling Your Enrollment

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a program:

  • Email [email protected]

  • Cancellation is subject to refund policy (Section 6)

  • Access to materials and community will be revoked upon cancellation

7.4 We Cancel or Postpone a Program

If we need to cancel or significantly postpone a program:

  • You'll be notified as soon as possible

  • You'll receive a full refund OR the option to join the next cohort

  • We are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Ownership

All content, materials, training, worksheets, videos, audio recordings, and other resources provided through Rewire For More programs are owned by Amy Morgan / Rewire For More and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to:

  • Access and view the materials for your personal use

  • Download materials for your personal use (where applicable)

  • Participate in programs you've enrolled in

8.3 Restrictions

You may NOT

  • Share, distribute, or resell any program materials

  • Record or screenshot live calls (except for personal notes)

  • Share login credentials with others

  • Post materials in public forums or social media

  • Use materials to create competing products or services

  • Claim materials as your own work

8.4 Testimonial and Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant us permission to

  • Use your first name and last initial in testimonials (with your approval)

  • Share anonymized success stories

  • Use photos/videos from group calls for marketing (faces will be blurred unless you provide explicit consent)

    You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by emailing [email protected].

9. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

9.1 No Guaranteed Results

While we provide tools, strategies, and support, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your results depend on many factors including

  • Your effort and commitment

  • Your willingness to implement what you learn

  • Your unique circumstances and starting point

  • External factors beyond our control

9.2 Testimonials Are Not Guarantees

Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Your results may vary.

9.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for

  • Implementing the strategies taught

  • Showing up to calls and engaging with materials

  • Taking action on what you learn

  • Your own decisions and outcomes

The program works if you work it.

10. CODE OF CONDUCT

10.1 Community Guidelines

If you participate in group programs or community spaces, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and dignity

  • Maintain confidentiality (what's shared in the group stays in the group)

  • No bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior

  • No spam, solicitation, or promotion of other services

  • No sharing of illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

  • Respect boundaries and coaching relationship

10.2 Violations

Violation of these guidelines may result in

  • Warning

  • Removal from community

  • Termination of program access without refund

10.3 Confidentiality

You agree to keep all information shared by other participants confidential. This includes:

  • Personal stories shared in group calls

  • Identities of other participants

  • Any private details discussed in the community

Violation of confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Not Professional Advice

The services provided by Rewire For More are for educational and coaching purposes only. They do NOT constitute

  • Medical advice

  • Therapy or mental health treatment

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

11.2 No Liability for Results

We are not liable for

  • Your implementation (or lack thereof) of program content

  • Decisions you make based on program materials

  • Any outcomes or results from participating in programs

  • Relationships affected by your participation

  • Financial decisions or outcomes

11.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service.

11.4 Indirect Damages

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

12. MENTAL HEALTH AND CRISIS DISCLAIMER

12.1 Not a Substitute for Therapy

Our programs are NOT a replacement for

  • Therapy or counseling

  • Psychiatric treatment

  • Medical or mental health care

12.2 Crisis Resources

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis:

  • Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline - US)

  • Call 911 for immediate danger

  • Contact your local emergency services

  • Reach out to a licensed mental health professional

12.3 Scope of Coaching

Coaching focuses on

  • Personal development

  • Identity work

  • Goal setting and achievement

  • Building new patterns and behaviors

Coaching does NOT

  • Diagnose mental health conditions

  • Treat clinical depression, anxiety, trauma, or other disorders

  • Replace medication or professional treatment

12.4 When Therapy Is Needed

If you are experiencing

  • Suicidal thoughts

  • Severe depression or anxiety

  • PTSD or unresolved trauma

  • Addiction issues

  • Domestic violence

Please seek help from a licensed mental health professional. We can work alongside therapy, but we cannot replace it.

13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

13.1 Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 Email Communications

By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to receive

  • Program materials and updates

  • Administrative emails about your enrollment

  • Periodic marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)

13.3 Recording of Calls

Group coaching calls may be recorded for

  • Participants who miss the live call

  • Internal quality and training purposes

By participating, you consent to being recorded. Your face will be blurred in any public use of recordings unless you provide explicit consent.

14. COMMUNICATION TERMS

14.1 Response Time

We strive to respond to emails within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Response times may be longer during:

  • Weekends and holidays

  • Live program delivery weeks

  • High-volume periods

14.2 Official Communication

Official communication will come from

14.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for

  • Checking your email regularly

  • Updating your contact information

  • Ensuring our emails don't go to spam

  • Reading important program updates

We are not responsible if you miss important information due to not checking your email.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO PROGRAMS

15.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to

  • Update program content to improve quality

  • Change call times/dates with reasonable notice

  • Substitute similar value if specific components become unavailable

  • Make reasonable modifications to program structure

15.2 Notification

You will be notified of any significant changes that affect your enrollment.

15.3 Substantial Changes

If changes substantially alter the program you purchased, you may request a refund within 14 days of notification.

16. TERMINATION

16.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your participation at any time, subject to:

  • Refund policy (Section 6)

  • Payment obligations (if on payment plan)

16.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate your access if

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions

  • You violate the Code of Conduct

  • You engage in harassment or abusive behavior

  • You share proprietary materials without permission

  • Payment obligations are not met

Termination for violation results in no refund.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17.1 Good Faith Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected]. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the issue.

17.2 Mediation

If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, we agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

17.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

17.4 Governing Law

18. FORCE MAJEURE

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to continue delivering value or offer alternatives.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rewire For More regarding your use of our services.

21. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

22. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor without restriction.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

23.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

23.2 Notification

For material changes, we will notify you via

  • Email to your registered address

  • Notice on the website

  • Announcement in active program groups

23.3 Your Agreement

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

23.4 Programs Already Purchased

Changes to Terms do not retroactively affect programs you've already purchased, unless required by law.
