A Bit About Me:

I was born in Baltimore and grew up in Exton, PA, a suburb in the Philadelphia area. I graduated from Shippensburg University, in south-central Pennsylvania, in 1993 and moved to Florida shortly thereafter. Florida has been called home since 1994 and I have been primarily involved in the mortgage industry since 1996. Married in 1994, the birth of our first daughter occurred in 1998 and our second daughter arrived a few years later, in 2001.

With close to 30 years of mortgage lending experience, and other financial fields at times, I have witnessed the disappointment, frustration and emotional struggles of prospective clients that wanted to purchase a home of their own, but financially, were unable to do so. A compelling and heartfelt desire to help others avoid this level of disappointment is how the idea for this course was born. Live A Better Financial Life 101 took over a year to produce and covers the majority of topics and practical, real-life information that has rarely been taught in school but, in my opinion, certainly should be. Basic, real-world tips, knowledge and advice to help everyone live their best financial life is what you will find within the modules of this course, in a self-paced and easy-to-understand presentation.

In addition to handling the mortgage and debt elimination needs for my family of clients, I have enjoyed the experience of having been a featured guest on our local news, on a variety of occasions: NBC’s “Money Mondays”, along with NBC’s “Keeping Score” and “Savings Strategies”, as well as ABC’s “Making Cents”.

In my free-time, I thoroughly enjoy spending time with family and friends, along with doing a little fishing, kayaking and camping, when time permits!
