4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for our programs and services are processed securely. Due to the nature of our digital products and coaching services, we do not offer refunds. Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable. Please ensure that you are fully committed to the program before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns prior to enrolling, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide clarification.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of misuse, breach of terms, harmful conduct, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the positive and supportive environment we strive to maintain. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical harassment, discriminatory behavior, or any conduct deemed harmful to our community or staff. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Sumita Human Leadership is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or coaching programs.

7. Success and Outcomes

Success in our coaching programs is deeply personal and varies by individual. We provide tools and frameworks designed to assist your journey, but the achievement of specific outcomes depends largely on your commitment, effort, and how you define success. While our resources are crafted to offer significant value and guidance, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as the creation of high-performing teams. Your leadership journey is unique and your results will reflect your dedication and application of the principles shared.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a client outside of Canada, you may also be subject to your local jurisdiction’s laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as mutually agreed by the parties, or through a recognized virtual platform for global dispute resolution.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during coaching programs, webinars, or through our website, including but not limited to the H.U.M.A.N. Framework, are the sole property of Sumita Human Leadership. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

11. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Both Sumita Human Leadership and you, as the client, agree to keep all shared information confidential, including any personal or business information disclosed during coaching sessions.

12. Force Majeure

Sumita Human Leadership will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
