BrainBOOST Zing Performance Programs include a personal Zing Coach and an optional complementary BrainBOOST community (not on social media). This will include a community of people on the same journey, to help boost moral and engagement! There are also plans to include a quiz, to help you explain the science behind the program to others. Please note: To complement your BrainBOOST journey, coaching (ADHD/Corporate/Dyslexia/SELF EMDR/Workplace Strategy) and/or Study Skills Tutoring are optional extras, to suit your circumstances.
