BrainBOOST Zing Performance Programs include a personal Zing Coach and an optional complementary BrainBOOST community (not on social media). This will include a community of people on the same journey, to help boost moral and engagement! There are also plans to include a quiz, to help you explain the science behind the program to others. Please note: To complement your BrainBOOST journey, coaching (ADHD/Corporate/Dyslexia/SELF EMDR/Workplace Strategy) and/or Study Skills Tutoring are optional extras, to suit your circumstances. You could also purchase some Reiki if you feel like some relaxation. It is totally up to you. Free trials are available for all the above, to help you decide.
