It's a deeply nourishing reset for women navigating the turbulence of perimenopause and menopause

— designed to meet you exactly where you are and hold you through the wobbles.

This is a soft rebellion against everything that says you need to do more, fix more, be more.

Here's what happens:

Friday Evening: Arrival & Sacred Ground

You arrive to a home-from-home cottage with a welcome basket waiting, the kettle on, and space to just be.

Feel your shoulders drop as you step into stillness. Breathe in relaxation as you sip your herbal tea & start to let go. After settling in, we gather for a gentle opening circle — grounding practices to help you land, let go of the week, and set your intention for the weekend.

Saturday: The Deep Work

Morning: Therapeutic yoga designed for hormonal balance — movement that honours your changing body, breath practices that calm your nervous system, and acupressure to release tension you didn’t even know you were holding.

Each stretch becomes a reclamation. Each exhale, a softening into yourself.

Afternoon: A woman-centred coaching circle where we explore what midlife is asking of you. We talk boundaries, identity shifts, reclaiming joy, and the Permission Slip you've been waiting for.

You’ll speak truths you've buried and listen to the wisdom of your own voice.

Evening: Firepit gathering under the stars (weather permitting). Herbal tea or cacao. Stories, silence, and the kind of conversation that only happens when women feel truly safe.

Feel the warmth of the flames on your cheeks, the grounded presence of being witnessed, the sacredness of shared stillness.

Sunday Morning: Integration & Intention

A restorative yoga practice that seals in the weekend’s work, followed by guided journaling to help you name what you’re taking home — and what you’re leaving behind.

Let your body speak first. Let your pen follow.

You’ll leave with a personal wellness plan rooted in Ayurveda and TCM, a retreat journal to continue the journey, and the felt sense of coming back to yourself — more spacious, more sovereign, more you.
